1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 Personal Training. Recommended for clients who are new to training and want to learn the ropes right through to seasoned athletes with specific training /competition goals.

Small group personal training offers a dynamic and engaging approach to achieving fitness goals, combining the personalised attention of one-on-one sessions with the motivation of a group setting.

Open Monday – Sunday 5am – 11pm. Limited number of memberships, once all 30 memberships are filled, a waitlist will apply.

Recommended for clients who are self-sufficient in the gym, would still like some support but prefer to training in their own time with a more hands off approach.
